Petition to Apple to support ODF in iWork

Several hundred folks have already signed onto this petition to Apple to support the industry standard Open Document Format (as used by Open Office and many other applications) in their applications. Since our group at work recently pushed through a mandate to use ODF for all of our shared documents, this has all of a sudden meant I have a bit of difficulty working on shared docs. (non shared docs, or documents that are only distributed in a read-only expectation do not have this restriction... with the expectation that they are distributed in PDF instead of something silly like .docx.) I've been playing with the various open office solutions for the mac... so far NeoOffice is the best I've come to, but it's still woefully lacking compared to iWork, but then so is OpenOffice in general, on any platform... compared to iWork.
