iTunes Stats

(I saw a couple different versions of this float by in the last week, so I combined them into one list.)

How many songs in total: 11866, 33.8 days, 64.37GB
How many protected AAC files (purchased DRM'd files): 703, 2.2 days 3.08GB
Most recently played: Papa Come Quick by Bonnie Raitt from Luck of the Draw.
Most recently added: Lilly Allen's It's not Me, It's You
Most played: Black Horse and the Cherry tree (Radio Version) by KT Tunstall from Eye to the Telescope
Most skipped: Baby Elephant Walk by Henry Mancini from Collection

Sort by song title
First Song: The A Polkas by Slainte from their website.
Last Song: !@#* by Rusted Root from Cruel Sun

Sort by time
Shortest Song: Interlude: Let's Dance by Janet Jackson form Rhythm Nation at 0:04 long (there's a HUGE number of 0:00 "tracks" because iTunes found my sound effects library at one point, I skipped down to the first real song.)
Longest Song: Serenity - 01 Swim with the Dolphins at 40:19 from unkown (and again there are a couple non-song entries at over an hour that are recordings of lectures I've given or moderated and later edited for download. I skipped those)

Sort by album
First album: Accidentally In Love - Single by Counting Crows (looks to be from Shrek 2, and 89.3's free tracks of the week)
Last album: 5150 by Van Halen (there's a HUGE volume of tracks that don't have album names)

Sort by artist
First artist: Aaron Copland
Last artist: 303 Infinity

First song that comes up on Shuffle: James Bond Theme (Moby's Reversion) by Moby from I Like to Score

Search the following and state how many songs come up:
Death - 23

Love - 470

Neat list!! If I would have seen another list with more info, I would have done the one with more categories! For some reason I just love stats. :)

no reason you can't add those to your post after the fact. :)

(I almost called this iTunes infoporn, but I'm not sure how many folks remember the info porn column in wired mag)
